We are looking a solid talent for Chief of Staff position:

1. Partnering with CEO and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key business processes that are pain points currently and designing an initiative that will help resolve the issue and bring forth change management methodologies to ensure understanding and implementation by the key stakeholders;

2. Leading the execution of cross-functional projects aligned to strategic objectives by designing tactics that will deliver business objectives and strategy and identify impact on applications and business functions, justify required level of investment and ensure risks are considered;

3. Leading cross-functional stakeholders through resolving a business issue through workshops,discussions, and co-creating working groups to determine new ways of working that will improve the organization's efficiency and effectiveness;

4. Support CEO and management team in critical strategic and operational decisions through analysis and communication support;

5. Typical project topic includes, but not limited to, business strategy,operation optimization, change management, financial investment, etc.

Qualification:

1. 3-5+ years of experience in strategy related functions in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry (e.g. consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning);

2. Solid scientific understanding, PhD in science (e.g.medicine, pharma, biotech, chemistry)

   highly appreciated;

3. Strong Presentation, PowerPoint,Excel, Strong analytical and communication skills, strong Project management skills
